So close to the beach! Just a short walk away. the fan in our room worked well and kept us comfortable. the staff was friendly and the wifi was quick. the balcony offered a great spot to relax and enjoy the complimentary refreshment.
The towels smelled a bit funky and our room was a bit small and stuffy. Breakfast could have been better for the price.

Location really close to Unawatuna bus stop, only 10 minutes walk away. Peacock Restaurant is within a walking distance of the hotel.

Very close to beach, excellent service, good care, basic rooms, mosquito net.

Great location close to the beach and easy access to key spots. There was a balcony with a comfy chair where I sat to enjoy the complimentary fresh coconut water. The service was excellent, and the staff really took care of me.
The room was quite noisy, with construction going on all day which made it tough to relax. I had trouble locating staff members when I needed them, and when I did find them, they were not particularly helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the proximity to the beach, being just a stone's throw away, and the fact that it's located just outside the 'tourist' area. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing us with everything we needed. Additionally, the staff was attentive and took good care of us throughout our stay. The breakfast served was delicious and we had a variety of options to choose from.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is very close to the beach. Guests have mentioned that it is just a short walk to the beach and village center, making it convenient for budget travelers. The staff takes good care of the guests, providing excellent service. They also offer complimentary coconut water, which adds to the overall experience.
The area outside and around the hotel isn't the cleanest, according to some guests.
